ANGIELA McKINLEY
Angela McKinley began her career at The ILRC as the Deaf Consumer Program Coordinator and Disabled Victims Advocate. In October 2015, she became the project director for the Department of Justice Office for the Violence against Women grant. Through her program, McKinley partners with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and Hubbard House to implement the three year OVW project to identify and create sustainable, systemic changes that will result in improved response to domestic violence victims who have a disability.
