Creating opportunities for every step of every journey. \nBe a part of the expansion of an extremely unique disability-empowerment public service initiative at Riverside Arts Market. \nWHAT: UNLOCKED Abilities In Art Pop-Up Exhibit & Marketplace \n\n+Live wheelchair art creation\n+Wheelchair decorating & detailing\n+10+ artist showcases & vendors\n+Free-form Paint & Chalk zone (for all ages) & games for kids\n\nWhen: Saturday\, September 19\, 10a-2p \n\nSetup volunteer shift starts at 9a\n\nWhere: Riverside Arts Market [MAP​] (new plaza) \nHow: Adaptive art & tech showcases \nWho: You! \n\n\n\n\nAbout UNLOCKED Abilities In Art: \nThe Abilities In Art project began in 2013 by Tyler Morris to help raise awareness of the over 200\,000 people with disabilities living in our community. The project utilizes wheelchairs to create beautiful works of art that empower and educate in a fun atmosphere. \nAs of this year\, Abilities In Art has expanded into an entire artist collective\, with a growing event series of pop-up marketplaces and exhibits showcasing all types of art and abilities. \nFree to attend as visitor\, patron\, volunteer\, or vendor!
