DEIDRA SIMON
Deidra Simon is the Deaf Consumer Program Coordinator/Deaf Advocate. The services provided include advocacy, individual case management, and employment services. Deidra also works diligently to establish community partnerships with other agencies and businesses with the goal of enhancing and improving services they provide to the Deaf. In return for her efforts, several Deaf individuals have become gainfully employed, while others have successfully navigated through difficult personal situations. Deidra desires to continue to work alongside the Deaf community as an ally, empowering those she serves to live more independent lives!

I find a great deal of joy in seeing people with disabilities overcome obstacles that allow them to live more satisfying and independent lives.
