ILRC Board Member, JTAC Chairwoman, Community Leader: Sharon Hoffmeyer Dykes
ILRC Board Member, Sharon Hoffmeyer Dykes, was honored on April 7th, 2018 at the Annual White Cane Ball by the Jacksonville Council of the Blind for her advocacy and leadership serving people with disabilities. Sharon was appointed Chair of the Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee (JTAC) in November of 2017 and is looking forward to influencing real change in the future of transportation for people with disabilities here in Jacksonville.
Sharon is a lifetime advocate for persons with disabilities, including her service on the Independent Living Resource Center's Board of Directors, and continues to impact the disability community with her knowledge, experience, and unwavering dedication.
