Aaron attended the University of North Florida, receiving a finance degree as well as a Series 63. After graduating, Aaron worked with Fidelity Investments and later J.P. Morgan. He assisted with fundraising for the Mohawk District, a boy scouts program which helps at-risk young men and children to get on a successful path. Aaron joined CIL Jacksonville as an Employment Coordinator and was promoted to his current role in 2018.
Priscilla Moench

Priscilla Moench has worked in the banking industry since college to the present as a bank examiner, consultant and banker employed by both regional and community banks. Experience includes originating and approving loans to managing workouts of troubled debt as well as managing teams and training including guest speaking at conferences

Marybeth A. Tita, MBA, CIA, CPA

Marybeth A. Tita holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, NY. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, New York, NY. She currently is Chief Financial Officer, Community & State, for United Healthcare, Jacksonville, FL. She is responsible for the profitability of 300,000 member Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, Long-Term Care and Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan products for United Healthcare in the State of Florida. Ms. Tita has an extensive 25+ work history of management experience in the real estate, financial, manufacturing, retail, not-for-profit, health care, publishing, and electronics industries. She served on the Board of Directors of NuHealth Foundation, Long Island, NY, from 2011-2014, a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to generate philanthropic funds needed to enable patients of the NuHealth System to enjoy the best possible care.

Brenda Lambert

Brenda Y. Lambert has had board experience for the Overbrook School for The Blind and Overbrook Educational Center (OEC), Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Lambert served as the liaison for an initiative to mainstream/familiarize and assist in adapting the visually impaired population to coexist with Grades 1-8 student population and vice-versa via sensitive training. She initiated the restructuring of the Parent-Teacher Association’s executive board by orchestrating the initial election and then recruited the team of advisers to help rewrite the bylaws. She eventually operated in the capacity of each office - President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Ms. Lambert has volunteered extensively in the political field since the 1990s. She performed administrative duties for re-election campaigns of a Senator and for a City Council candidate, canvassing neighborhoods, making phone calls, and working the polls on election days. She participated in functions and events as a photographer, panelist, spokesperson, personal attendant, greeter, and hostess. She ensured that voting sites were properly set up and maintained, and also trained as an inspector technician in the usage of voter machine operations. She volunteered in two presidential elections. Ms. Lambert was employed by L.I.F.E., a senior citizens program for individuals who were nursing home eligible, but preferred to live in their own homes. She started as an Administrator, then Scheduler, Coordinator, and finally Account Manager in the Finance/Business Department.
Lillie Hookfin

Ms. Hookfin holds a MAOM (Master of Organization Management) degree from the University of Phoenix, Jacksonville/Baymeadows Campus, two Associate Science degrees from Florida Community College, Jacksonville, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois at Carbondale, Jacksonville NAS Campus. She has extensive work experience in the technology field and administrative assistant/secretarial fields at Florida Community College since 1983. She is a certified part-time substitute teacher with the Duval County Public School Board since 1994. She has also received certification as a licensed nail technician and travel agent. Ms. Hookfin has been a volunteer member of the Prison Ministry at Baker Correctional Institution, Sanderson, FL, and Angel Tree Project/Prison Ministry Project. Ms. Hookfin has been a member of the Learning To Read Program, Jacksonville, FL, and a member of the Navy Wives Club of America at NAS Jacksonville Naval Station, Jacksonville, FL.

Roosevelt Marell holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialty in addictions from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Marell has held various trainee, volunteer, and employee positions. He was a counselor trainee for River Region Human Services where he assisted resident counselors in conducting group counseling sessions, relapse prevention, and other lecturing activities as needed. He was a volunteer at the Help Center Substance Abuse transitional housing unit where he conducted group counseling sessions on relapse prevention and life management skills. He conducted workshops on effective methods of finding employment. He served as an associate pastor where he provided individual, family and group counseling services to parishioners and the local community. He coordinated with local social services providers to supply services the church could not provide. He was director of a veteran employment and training program for the City of Jacksonville, where he dealt with homeless veterans with drug, alcohol, and emotional problems. He facilitated employment workshops, and provided group and individual counseling for the clients. He also supervised two case managers. He was an employment specialist for the State of Florida, where he provided job leads for unemployed veterans. He facilitated employment workshops and coordinated with employers to provide job leads for the clients.
