Emergency Preparedness Conference for People with Disabilities

CIL Jacksonville prepares the disability community for emergencies by hosting the Emergency Preparedness Conference for Persons with Disabilities. The conference provides critical information and emergency action planning to mitigate future emergencies and minimize their effects. This education and action empowers the disability community to better prepare, respond, and recover from emergencies.

Schultz Center (limited at 60 seats) and on Zoom (no limit)


For safety considerations, this year's Emergency Preparedness Conference will be hosted in-person and online via Zoom. In-person registration is limited to 60 seats; Attendees will be required to complete a COVID-19 survey before entry, wear face masks, and practice all current CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines.
