I would like to vote for Tocarra. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding not only WIPA but social services programs out in the community to further assist our consumers. She is always a team player and willing to help out other coordinators and/or their consumers. She works hard and laughs often...and loud and it always makes me smile to hear her. A. M.

Toccara James joined CIL Jacksonville in 2013. In her role as a Certified Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) in the Work Incentive Planning Assistance (WIPA) program, James provides beneficiaries with disabilities information to make a successful transition to work. James' outgoing personality has formed many partnerships, within the community.
In 2017, James was promoted to WIPA Manager of Community Engagement. In her new role, James is responsible for establishing agency MOUs, conducting program outreach and seeking opportunities for agency expansion.
