Lights of Independence: Spirit of the ADA
CIL Jacksonville has been actively working towards reviving the legacy event “Spirit of the ADA” as a disability resource & arts crowd-sourcing festival.
And it’s officially HAPPENING! Spirit of the ADA Returns this October 24th, and you won’t want to miss it!
Join us for an inspiring evening as we celebrate independence, inclusion, and the power of community, featuring the incredible adaptive Halloween costumes initiative created by architect Brandon Pourch (RS&H), 2025 recipient of the Reverend Wynn Legacy Award.
As the sun sets, attendees become a glowing, flowing “living river of light” parade, and we want YOU there! Any individual or group can become a float! Festival and parade participants may raise money, or just participate! Start decorating your mobility device (or yourself), and get ready to be a part of something magical!
